I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!! Sorry this post is just now going up, I've had limited computer access during Christmas break. Anyway, I'm excited about our next book...Twilight!! We decided we wanted to see what this ultra popular pop culture phenomenon is all about. We will meet Tuesday, January 13 at 7:00 p.m. at Heather Scott's house. I can't wait to get everyone together again and catch up!

These books are so addicting. I started the first one less than a week ago, and I'm already in the third book and still going. I can't wait to hear what people have to say about this book (or the series for those of you who continued reading!)

Okay, so I'm not going to lie. I hated the book. The first 350 pages were the exact same thing over, and over, and over again. It was like a slow death.
I praised God when I was finally done and could move on with my life. But yesterday I realized....I'm having Bella and Edward withdrawal!! I think I'm going to have to read the second one. Can someone please explain to me how that happened?
So I thought I was going to love this book and I can't wait for book club because I had mixed feeligns. Ang I know what you were talking about the first 350 pages being I love you...no I love you more...no I love you more..no you're cute, and on, and on. I felt bad because Kyle's sisters and mom had read it and they were waiting for me to finish over Christmas and when I got done they were all excited to talk about it and I said it was just ok. I think their words were..."Just OK?" They loved the book to say the least. Can't wait to see you girls next week!
